We are seeking someone who values honesty and integrity, and also possesses confidence and an easy way with people. This publication will sell itself after the first issue, as there is nothing else in the marketplace that truly meets the needs of professional drivers and travelers. This publication won't be thrown away! It will tell people everything they need to know about traveling on each interstate highway.
Our goal is to be the only guide that travelers will ever need. There are no other publications that do this.
The first issue will cover Interstate 80 from New York City to Cleveland. The next issue will cover I-90 and I-80/90 from New York City to Chicago. After that, we will tackle I-70/76 from Washington, DC, to St. Louis, I-81 from Canada to Knoxville, and I-95 from Canada to Florida.
In your letter, please let us know the geographic areas that you are willing to consider, and how much traveling you are willing to do. We will make provisions to trade-out for lodging. This position would be ideal both for a full-time professional, and also for retired people who enjoy traveling. We are open to people who can either cover an entire highway issue, or smaller geographical parts of more than one issue. Wireless or cell phone Internet access will be important.
Your income potential will be limited only by your ability to travel, and commissions will be higher than the industry standard. After the first issue has been distributed, subsequent issues will be published six times a year for each area listed above.
