I can help set up new clients, help with office work, update clients, bookeeping whatever is needed.
I have all of my classes, all of my time in and I am looking to earn my last 1000 +/- hours working with experienced Real Estate Appraiser in order to obtain my certification.
My goal would be to help your office get as much new work as possible so once I become certified we could work on a split fee basis.
I have a background in Real Estate Sales and Title Insurance working with Vendor Managment Companies.
I live in the Pittsburgh Area and will travel as needed.
